Get in shape this summer the fun way!

SUP Yoga

Surf and Yoga go hand-in-hand so we've put some mopves on the SUP board - Yoga creates energy, improves stamina and fitness, strengthens and tones the body and increases flexibility. It relaxes the body and calms the mind, promoting a positive and happy attitude.

    Why not try Yoga and SUP combined on the water in Wicklow Harbour. It's great fun and a serious workout. 


    SUP Fitness (New for 2018)

    Get in shape for the Summer - this summer we are delighted to be offering our new SUP Fitness in Wicklow Harbour - this will involve a Coastal run, station excercises and SUP sprints and excercises! This will work the core and great for endurance. 2 hr sessions - Why not book in before or after work. All equipment provided.
